Loft Five50 and the Lofts at Loomworks have garnered Readers’ Choice Awards from Affordable Housing and Finance. These awards recognize projects for their “impact, creative problem solving, and innovation.” Petersen Engineering collaborated with The Architectural Team on both historic rehabilitation projects, providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design and construction administration services.
