Old Colony Phase Three C Is the third subphase in a three-part redevelopment of the Old Colony residential buildings. It Is a 51,000 square foot, 55-unit affordable housing apartment complex consisting of one, four-story building. This project Includes first floor resident space for low-Income seniors and seeks to provide a more accessible and updated replacement for the previous Old Colony residential buildings. Mechanical systems include central energy recovery ventilation, all electric Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heating and cooling and a central, gas-fired domestic hot water plant.
