As Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the electrical engineering project processes from bidding and early permitting phase through conceptual and schematic design, design completion and overseeing construction administration support through project completion. When new projects are awarded, you will work with Project Managers and Project Engineers to successfully get the project off the ground and help to define approach, conceptual and schematic narratives and smoothly transition the work to the production team, and provide senior support for all aspects of the project. You will also serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior staff.
You have a strong work ethic, a passion for engineering and continuous improvement, and are a good client steward who believes in servant leadership. You also demonstrate a clear passion for our mission: Smart Sustainable Design.
With your passion for energy efficiency and sustainability, you will head up our energy modeling efforts and help us build energy modeling capacity within our staff.
